At Global Nurse Pathways, my mission is to help adventurous, purpose-driven nurses move beyond short-term volunteering into long-term, impactful global health work.
Nurses are essential to health systems worldwide yet remain under-recognized, underutilized, and under-supported in global health leadership. I’m here to change that.
Through strategic guidance, community, and career development support, I help you turn that spark of global health experience into a clear, confident path forward — one rooted in ethics, equity, and sustainability.

I envision a world where nurses who’ve had a taste of global health are equipped to build lasting, meaningful careers in it. No more guesswork, no more gatekeeping.
Nurses have the skills, integrity, and insight to drive global health forward at all levels from the bedside to the policy level. My vision is to see them leading programs, influencing policy, building community partnerships, and shaping a more just and resilient world. Not just participating, but taking the lead.

Empowerment
You don’t need another degree for the sake of it. You don’t need to wait until you’re “picked” out of a sea of volunteers. I believe in giving you the tools, strategy, and confidence to take ownership of your career path and steer it in the direction you’re meant to go.

Global health work shouldn’t come at the expense of your well-being. I support nurses in creating careers that are both meaningful & manageable so you can be in it for the long haul (without burning out and heading home early).
